Teaching will be given in Tibetan and translated into both English and Spanish.

Khenpo will complete the explanation of the long Namgyalma mantra and give the transmission for the Namgyalma mantras. He will also explain about the mantra for Achi Chokyi Dolma. The he will begin the introduction section to teaching on “How to Meditate”.
